Throughout this Privacy Policy, when HYBEIM Co., Ltd. ("We") use the term “Services,” we are referring to our mobile game [Rhythm Hive] and website, promotions, contests, purchases, community support, and any related activities of [Rhythm Hive].

    • Personally Identifiable Information: When you register for an account, we collect your ID (Nickname) only

    • Customer Support Correspondence: When you contact our customer support team for assistance, we may ask for your name and contact information such as e-mail address or phone number and any other information needed or relevant to assist you with your inquiry, including without limitation any transaction and payment information.

    • Cookies: We collect technical information and usage data, which may be linked and identified with your account, by using cookies and other tracking technologies. We may use cookies to store certain types of information each time you use our Services.

    • Usage Information: We collect details of your use of our Services and the resources that you access. Our affiliates may include companies with the HYBE Labels or other companies under common ownership or control.

5. Your Rights

    • d. It is necessary for the personal information to be erased in order for us to comply with our obligations under law; or

    When complying with a valid request for the erasure of information we will take all reasonably practicable steps to delete the relevant information.


    If we have shared your personal information with third parties, we will notify them about the erasure unless this is impossible or involves disproportionate effort.

    In addition, California residents under the age of 18 who are registered users of any of online sites, services or applications where this Privacy Policy is posted may under California law request and obtain removal of content or information they have publicly posted. To make such a request, you may contact us using the contact details set out below. Your request should include a detailed description of the specific content or information to be removed. Please be aware that your request does not guarantee complete or comprehensive removal of content or information posted online and that the law may not permit or require removal in certain circumstances.


    California law permits our users who are California residents to be informed as to how we respond to web browser "Do Not Track" settings. We do not respond to "Do Not Track" settings at this time, whether that signal is received on a computer or on a mobile device. In some circumstances, California residents would have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share your Personal Information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. However, we do not share your Personal Information with third parties for the purpose of direct marketing.   1. We take protection of your information seriously and have put in place appropriate physical and technical measures to safeguard the information we collect in connection with the Services. However, please note that although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no website, Internet transmission, computer system, or wireless connection is completely secure. So we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will never occur. We strongly recommend that you take steps to maximize the security of your information, such as not sharing your login information and logging out of your account after you are done using our Services.
7. International Transfers and Related Processing
  1. Your use of our Services will involve the transfer, storage, and processing of your personal information within and outside of your country of residence, consistent with this Privacy Policy. In particular, your personal information will be transferred to the Republic of Korea. Please note that the data protection and other laws of countries to which your information may be transferred might not be as comprehensive as those in your country.

  1. This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in our personal information practices with respect to the Services, or changes in the applicable law. 10. Personal Information of Children
  1. Our Services are designed for a general audience and are not directed towards children. If we discover that we have processed personal information of someone who is under 16, we will take reasonable steps to promptly remove that person’s personal information from our records. If you are a parent and you believe your child has provided us with personal information, you can contact us and request your child’s information to be deleted from our system.
